What we do...... Finding the property
that’s right for you.
1. First we obtain a brief from you using the
questionnaire. We will contact you to understand your needs
and establish your specific requirements in detail.
2. We search for the best properties to buy or rent using
extensive contacts, a network of estate agents and personal
contacts.
3. We keep you up-to-date on any changes in the French
property market.
4. We update you regularly on progress and check that the
brief has not changed.
5. We research and inspect properties often before they
come on the market, selecting a handful of pre-viewed properties for
you to look at in association with our partners
6. French-Property-Finders or our partners are able to accompany you on
your visit to view the selected properties should you so wish.
Although we cannot negotiate finance or mortgage arrangements on
your behalf we can give you general advice on the French
conveyancing procedure and put you in touch with solicitors and
mortgage specialists. We offer full range of other services -
however, a fee may be involved!
